FCL is an entertainment-based fantasy league platform where users make cryptocurrency-related picks. There is currently no monetary entry requirement. Prizes may include cryptocurrency, digital tokens, or other rewards. FCL reserves the right to introduce paid features or prize structures in the future without prior notice.

Liability Disclaimer

FCL provides services "as-is" without any warranties. We are not liable for downtime, bugs, data loss, ranking errors, or missed prizes. Users participate entirely at their own risk. FCL is not responsible for any damage, loss, or liability arising from the use of our platform or reliance on any information within it.

Prize Distribution

In case of ties, prizes will be split evenly. FCL reserves the right to modify prize structures, rules, or timing without notice. Prizes are final and non-negotiable.

Wallets and User Accounts

Wallet connection is used solely for user verification. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login and wallet credentials. FCL does not custody funds unless explicitly stated in future product versions.

Intellectual Property

All logos, content, and branding remain property of FCL. Users may use FCL's logo in promotional content only with permission and may not claim affiliation unless agreed in writing.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FCL, its developers, affiliates, and partners against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform.

Future Changes

FCL reserves the right to update these Terms, services, or rules at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of updates.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed globally and interpreted under general principles of international digital conduct. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of England and Wales unless otherwise determined by FCL.
